The Gay 90's Bar in Bisbee's Naco neighborhood was built in 1931, making it the oldest watering hole in the area. Its name refers to the prosperous 1890s rather than the lifestyle. POCO has an all-vegan Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating open on the weekends and often has live music. It offers a variety of dishes such as nachos, chimichangas, and burritos all completely vegan. It also has a stocked beer cooler, mimosas, and fresh hibiscus tea.

The gelato chef hand-makes the gelato. It's the real deal! Italian-themed interior, with black and white checkered tile featuring a lounge along with cafe-style seating. It's outdoor seating in the back that opens to Subway Street. Its interior has a movie screen that plays Josie and the Pussycat cartoons from the 60s-70s. Established in 1902, St. Elmo's is the longest continually run bar in the state of Arizona. It's located downtown in Bisbee's historic Brewery Gulch. It offers live music, a punching machine, pool tables, and a jukebox.
